A brand voice guide defines the consistent character of the brand's communication across all channels. We establish: 3-4 voice characteristics (e.g., direct, warm, intelligent, playful) with 'we are / we are not' descriptions; tone adjustment rules for different contexts (formal for investor comms, conversational for social media, empathetic for customer service); and a vocabulary reference (words we use / words we avoid).
Brand story communicates through visual language as well as copy: the About page on the website, the brand section of pitch decks, product packaging back-panel copy, Amazon Brand Story carousel, packaging inserts, and investor materials. We design brand story visual treatments for each of these touchpoints, ensuring narrative consistency from the website to the shelf to the sales deck.
