DHC needed retail box packaging for their C01 car dash camera that communicated the product's key specs and features at a glance in a competitive electronics shelf environment.

Consumer electronics packaging must balance technical specification callouts, lifestyle imagery, trust signals, and regulatory compliance in a compact format — while standing out in a crowded category.

Design a complete retail box packaging suite — front panel hero layout, side-panel spec callouts, rear-panel feature breakdown, and inner tray design — print-ready at CMYK specification.

The DHC C01 box packaging delivered a retail-ready, professional packaging suite that communicated the product's core value proposition clearly and confidently across all panels.
Our Approach
How We Did It

A competitive landscape review of dash camera packaging was conducted to identify key conventions and opportunities for differentiation.

The front panel hero was structured around the product with specification icons and a clear headline — optimised for shelf visibility at 1m viewing distance.

Side panels were allocated for key feature callouts with custom iconography, while the rear panel delivered a full feature breakdown with lifestyle imagery and QR code integration.

All artwork was prepared print-ready at CMYK with bleed, fold lines, and die-cut marks for production.
