The documentation needed to reflect the aspirational outdoor adventure identity of the TANG TEARDROP brand — far from the dry, generic technical tone typical of the RV category, while still meeting US-market compliance requirements.

Design a premium owner's manual covering hitch setup, weight distribution, electrical connections, galley operation, maintenance schedules, safety checklists, and warranty content — all communicating the adventure brand identity.

How We Did It

A comprehensive content brief was developed covering every aspect of Roanoke ownership — hitch connection procedures, safety inspection protocols, interior feature operation, maintenance schedules, and warranty documentation structured to US-market compliance requirements.

Technical diagrams were created for hitch setup, weight distribution calculations, tow bar and electrical connections, galley interior operation, and interior storage system use — all referenced to actual Roanoke model specifications.

A maintenance schedule with visual cue indicators was developed for at-home servicing, enabling owners to manage routine Roanoke maintenance independently without specialist technical knowledge or dealer visits.

Safety checklists and US-market compliance content were structured throughout the manual with a clear hierarchy, positioned at the start of each relevant operational section for maximum visibility.
