Standard Business Card Specifications
The global standard business card size is 85x55mm (EU/UK) and 3.5x2in (North America). Japan uses the meishi (91x55mm). Key print specifications: 350-400gsm board; 3mm bleed; CMYK with Pantone spot colour option; minimum 0.2pt line weight; minimum 5pt text size. Safe zone: 3mm inside trim on all edges.

Typography and Information Hierarchy
Business cards must communicate name, title, company, phone, email, and URL clearly at small scale. We use a 3-level hierarchy: name at 9-11pt (primary), title at 7-8pt (secondary), contact details at 6-7pt (tertiary). QR codes (vCard, LinkedIn, portfolio) are sized at minimum 20x20mm for reliable scanning. NFC-enabled digital business card design is also available.
